Worth it for multi-site builders
Unlimited-site licensing can become meaningful when you build for multiple clients or run several owned sites. Per-site economics are only one factor, but they are an important one for agencies and freelancers.
Worth it for visual-design workflows
Divi is designed around visual editing and theme-level template control. If you prefer to design in the browser and reuse layouts, presets and site-wide templates, that workflow fit can matter more than a long feature list.
When it may not be worth it
It may be a poor fit if you want to stay close to native WordPress blocks, have already standardized on another builder, or rely on a third-party stack that works better elsewhere.
Lifetime changes the calculation
The lifetime option removes recurring Divi license fees, which can be appealing for long-term users. It does not mean every optional service is lifetime; current Pro services can remain recurring.
The practical test
Before buying, identify one real site you need to build. Check whether Divi supports the layout, dynamic content, ecommerce and integration requirements you actually have. A workflow trial is more informative than abstract feature comparison.
